- Ask About the Home Weatherization Program - LIHEAP applicants may also be eligible for the Home Weatherization Program. The program provides an energy and safety assessment and energy-efficient upgrades for eligible LIHEAP applicants.
3) Prepare Your Documents
Check with your local LIHEAP Service Provider for additional document requirements.
- Copy of the most recent home energy bill
- Copy of income documents for the last 30 days for all adults in the household
- Copy of US government-issued photo ID
