Customers with past-due energy bills may be eligible for debt forgiveness through the Arrearage Management Plan also known as AMP.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The AMP program forgives 1/12 of eligible utility debt - up to $8,000 - each time a customer makes on-time and in-full payments over a period of 12 months.

Residential customers with past-due arrearages accumulated during the COVID-19 pandemic may be eligible for the COVID-19 Relief Payment Plan.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This payment plan allows customers to pay off their outstanding balance over a span of 24-months. The monthly payment installment amount is due every month along with total current charges. Customers may miss two payments before being unenrolled.
